In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "psl88", "we", "us", "our" refers to the psl88 platform and the operating entity that holds the applicable international gaming licence under which psl88.club operates.
• "Platform" means the psl88 website accessible at psl88.club, including all sports betting, live casino, slot, and promotional services offered thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User following successful completion of the psl88 registration process.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the psl88 Platform in any capacity.
• "Services" means all products and features available through the psl88 Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, PSL betting, live casino, slot games, and promotional offers.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the native currency in which psl88 Account balances are held and transactions are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account under a psl88 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by psl88 prior to processing withdrawals or upon request at any time.

By registering an Account with psl88, accessing the psl88 Platform, or using any psl88 Service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the psl88 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or promotion-specific supplementary rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users regardless of how they access the psl88 Platform — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any application provided by psl88. Users in Pakistan accessing psl88.club are subject to these terms in full.

To access any psl88 Service, you must first register an Account. Registration is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. psl88 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Users found to have misrepresented their age will have their Account suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• Single Account: Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) psl88 Account. Operating multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. psl88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing psl88 from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming are not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the psl88 Platform is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been self-excluded from psl88 or any other gambling platform, or who have been declared legally incapacitated, are not eligible to register.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your psl88 Login credentials, including your username and password. psl88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, which is available at no cost from your Account settings panel.

• You must not share your psl88 Login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your Account, even with your consent.
• All activity conducted through your psl88 Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was conducted by you personally.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify psl88 support immediately via live chat. psl88 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
• psl88 will never contact you to request your full password via any channel. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

psl88 accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT TRC-20. All Account balances are held in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on the blockchain.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount applicable to each payment method is displayed on the psl88 cashier page at the time of transaction. Minimum amounts are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your psl88 Account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours following bank confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations being achieved.
• Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. psl88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of funds at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending completion of such checks.
• No Third-Party Deposits: Deposits from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered Account holder are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit identified by psl88 may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.
• No Charge on Deposits: psl88 does not apply any processing charge or currency conversion fee on PKR deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or the listed bank transfer methods. Standard network fees on cryptocurrency transactions are borne by the depositing User.

Withdrawals from your psl88 Account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the conditions below. psl88 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly under normal operating conditions.

• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within twenty-four (24) hours under normal conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. psl88 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Wagering of Deposited Funds: psl88 reserves the right to require that deposited funds have been wagered at least once (1x) prior to withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to suspect the Account is being used solely for payment processing purposes rather than genuine gaming activity.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts per method are displayed in the cashier. Requests below the stated minimum will not be processed until the Account balance reaches the threshold.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. See Section 7 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

psl88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Account holders, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and PSL seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions in this section as well as any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

• One Bonus Per Person: Each promotion is available once per Account, per household address, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion is explicitly marked as "wager-free", all Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion terms and must be completed using real-money or bonus funds on qualifying games or bet markets as specified.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Account. Wagering Requirements not completed within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds.
• Minimum Odds / Game Restrictions: Free bet bonuses are typically subject to a minimum qualifying odds requirement. Slot bonuses may be restricted to specific game titles. These restrictions are always stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Abuse: psl88 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and permanently close Accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers is detected.
• psl88 Discretion: psl88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already credited to Accounts at the time of the change.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the psl88 Platform. Sport-specific rules, including detailed cricket and PSL betting rules, are published in the psl88 Sports Rules section accessible from your Account. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on psl88 are subject to acceptance by psl88 at its sole discretion. psl88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet slip is submitted may differ from the odds at the time of confirmation if prices have moved. Users may configure their bet slip to accept any odds change, accept only better odds, or reject any change.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. psl88 does not guarantee continuous in-play market availability for any event and reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by psl88 where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable void period, or where it is determined that the bet was accepted in error due to a pricing mistake. Void bets are returned as stake to the Account balance.
• Match Fixing and Integrity: Any Account found to be associated with match fixing, spot fixing, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event will be permanently closed and all funds held for investigation. psl88 cooperates with relevant sports governing bodies and regulatory authorities in respect of such matters.

All casino and slot games available on the psl88 Platform are supplied by third-party software providers and are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all casino products:

• RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG) based casino and slot games available on psl88 are supplied by internationally certified providers. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as stated by the respective game provider.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a casino or slot game session, psl88 will endeavour to restore the session to its pre-malfunction state. Where this is not possible, the round in progress at the time of malfunction will be voided and the bet returned to the Account balance.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are streamed from certified studios. Chat functionality within live casino tables is subject to psl88's conduct rules. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour in live chat may result in removal from the table and account review.
• Maximum Win: Certain slot and casino games may have a maximum single-session win cap as specified by the game provider. psl88 will honour wins up to the stated maximum; any amount generated above the cap in a single session will not be credited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the psl88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one (1) Account on psl88, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the psl88 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in psl88 betting markets or casino games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the psl88 Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Coordinating bet placement with other Users to guarantee profits at psl88's expense (arbitrage or syndicate abuse).
• Accessing the psl88 Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any IP obfuscation tool to circumvent jurisdictional access restrictions.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in respect of deposits made to a psl88 Account without first contacting psl88 support.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing psl88 staff or other Users through any communication channel.

psl88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following tools are available to all Account holders directly from the Account settings panel, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly loss thresholds. Once a limit is reached, betting and gaming activity is suspended for the remainder of the applicable period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your psl88 Login session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between one (1) day and six (6) weeks. During a cooling-off period, psl88 Login access is disabled and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently self-exclude from the psl88 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months and are actioned within twenty-four (24) hours of the request being received by our support team.

psl88 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any User found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed and all deposits returned in full. For more information on our responsible gaming commitment, please visit our Responsible Gaming page.

psl88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the User's own request.

• Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your psl88 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completion of KYC and any applicable withdrawal conditions.
• Suspension for Breach: Where an Account is suspended for suspected breach of these Terms, psl88 will investigate within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the Account holder. Funds will be held during the investigation period.
• Forfeiture on Confirmed Fraud: Where investigation confirms fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or money laundering, the Account balance may be forfeited in its entirety and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

All content on the psl88 Platform, including but not limited to the psl88 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, odds data, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of psl88 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the psl88 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the psl88 Platform without the prior written consent of psl88. Unauthorised use of psl88 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, psl88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the psl88 Platform, including losses arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Delays in bet acceptance or settlement caused by technical failures beyond psl88's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your psl88 Login credentials.
• Third-party payment processing delays beyond psl88's control.
• Any reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that are subsequently found to be inaccurate.

psl88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the balance in your psl88 Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

psl88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, psl88 will notify registered Account holders by email to the address on record and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the psl88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which psl88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection law applicable in your country of residence.

psl88 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Users based in Pakistan access the psl88 Platform and its Services on this understanding and accept that the governing jurisdiction is that of the applicable licensing authority rather than Pakistani domestic law, except where mandatory Pakistani consumer rights protections apply.
